Location and Directions

WHERE IS THE EVENT?

We are taking over the rodeo grounds at SARA Park just outside Lake Havasu City in Arizona.

Facilities and Amenities

IS CAMPING INCLUDED?

Yes, All tickets include one campsite.  The basic Campsite is approximately 25ft x 25 ft.  The upgraded large RVsites are approximately 50ft x 25 ft.  Each site includes one camping vehicle and a car.  

IS THERE DESIGNATED CAMPING?
Camping spots are not assigned. The parking for large RVs is separate from all the other camping sites. If you have a group of 10 or more and would like to camp together, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to save you a specific camping area
IS THERE TENT CAMPING?

Sure! You have two choices: you can camp in the main parking area, or the walk-in tent area.  It’s a car-free zone with parking just a few feet away.  Spaces are approximately 25ft x 25ft.  

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Heck yeah! We love your well behaved furry friends, They are allowed until the sun goes down around the stage.  After dark, please return them to your site, don’t worry you’ll be close enough to check on them.  There is also an off leash dog park very close to the festival site!

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY?

Sorry, we have a lot to do to get ready.  Please plan on arriving on Friday no earlier than 12pm and no later than 11pm. If you come in after 11pm, please find a safe space to park overnight and join us the following morning.

CAN I STAY LATE?

Yes, for an extra fee you can stay Monday night, October 31st.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Yes, we will have a selection of food trucks.

IS THERE A GROCERY STORE NEARBY?

There is a wonderful full service grocery store less than 2 miles away, and many choices in the city of Lake Havasu.

IS THERE A DUMP STATION FOR RVS?

Yes, there is a dump station and water filling station you can use on the way out.  Sorry, the dump station will not be available on arrival. Please arrive with waste tanks empty and fresh tanks full.

WHAT ABOUT TRASH/RECYCLING?

There are several large dumpsters around the festival grounds and single stream recycling near the main stage. 

Connectivity
IS THERE WIFI?

YES, free wifi is available in center camp. Bandwidth depends on all the usual factors, so please don’t expect to stream YouTube all day.

HOW IS CELL COVERAGE?

Cell signal is generally great all over the Rodeo Grounds for AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

WILL MY STARLINK WORK?

Almost all of the Rodeo Grounds have unrestricted sky views.

Events and Activities

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORTS ACTIVITIES?

Just show up at the right place and right time.  

IS THERE SEATING FOR MUSIC?

Feel free to bring your own chair and cooler to enjoy the music, but don’t forget your dancing shoes.

IS THERE BEER/WINE/ALCOHOL FOR SALE?

Rather than charge outrageous festival prices to cover the insurance we want this to be an affordable experience.  So please feel free to BYOB.  No glass bottles, but coolers are fine.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Yes, we will have a selection of Food Trucks.
