All sales are final. This event is rain or shine and there will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges of purchased tickets/wristbands.
Do not lose your ticket/wristband, as it will NOT be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. You must wear your wristband at all times. Anybody not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave the venue.
By purchasing a ticket/wristband you consent to allow our security team to search you and your vehicle upon entry to the venue. This ticket/wristband is being purchased to the C.H.A.S.M. Festival and not to any particular artist’s performance. All artist’s listed on the web site are currently confirmed for the event, and we reserve the right to cancel, change or reschedule any and all musical acts and venues. The holder of the ticket/wristband grants the promoter the right to use their image/likeness as captured on film, video or any other electronic medium being utilized at the event, and further understands that such images will likely be used to promote future events. C.H.A.S.M. Festival and Armadillo Events LLC reserve the right to refuse entrance, or remove any ticket holder from the venue, for any reason.
Each ticket/wristband is good only for the event which it is issued and is not transferable. Each ticket/wristband is a limited revocable license and may be revoked and admission refunded at the sole discretion of the sponsoring organization. C.H.A.S.M. Festival and Armadillo Events LLC reserve the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket/wristband price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose actions are deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. In addition, C.H.A.S.M. Festival and Armadillo Events LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
All tickets will be issued electronically, It is your responsibility to ensure any tickets purchased on the secondary market are legitimate. Tickets/Wristbands obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. This ticket/wristband cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THIS TICKET PURCHASE POLICY.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be available for 3 weeks only. Refund information will be available at this web site. Cancellation would require that all 3 days of festival are canceled. If any day of the festival takes place in part or in full, the festival shall not be deemed to be cancelled. If the event is postponed and rescheduled for another date within 3 months of scheduled date, the ticket/wristband shall be valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This ticket/wristband is not subject to any refund (unless show is cancelled, as outlined above) and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentary, this ticket/wristband shall not be exchangeable. No refunds, no exchanges except as provided herein, event date & time subject to change. All rights reserved.
The purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket/wristband understands and acknowledges that he/she is purchasing this ticket to the C.H.A.S.M Festival and not a particular artist’s performance or activity. The C.H.A.S.M. Festival is an outdoor festival and weather conditions will affect the performances of all entertainers and there is a possibility that a particular performer may or may not be able to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. Thus, the purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket/wristband understands, acknowledges and will not expect a refund for the purchase of this ticket/wristband for any talent cancellations. Talent, Schedule and activity line-up and is subject to change at any time.
In addition, the purchaser of this ticket understands and acknowledges that this is a camping festival in a natural and unimproved environment and that as with all camping in natural conditions, there are inherent risks of injury or death due to causes of nature. By purchasing this ticket and choosing to attend C.H.A.S.M. Festival, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and assumes such risks to injury and agrees to hold C.H.A.S.M. Festival and Armadillo Events LLC and all volunteers, sponsors, employees, The City of lake Havasu, and Friends of the fair, harmless in the event of such injury or death.
Holder of this ticket (“Holder”) voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or after same, including, but not limited to, contracting, and/or spreading the COVID-19 virus, and agrees that the organization, venue, presenter, agents, participants, or players are not responsible or liable for any injuries, sickness, or death resulting from such causes. Holder acknowledges that the COVID-19 pandemic remains a threat to individual and public health, COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease transmitted through human contact and respiratory droplets (including through the air and via common surfaces) and it is possible that Holder may contract COVID-19 while at the game or event for which this ticket is issued. Holder agrees that the license comprised by this ticket may be removed and Holder may be ejected from the game or event for which this ticket is issued in the event that Holder violates any law, ordinance, or venue regulation. Holder grants permission to the organization sponsoring the game or event for which this ticket is issued to utilize Holder’s image or likeness in connection with any video or other transmission or reproduction of the event to which this ticket relates.
